Stump Grinding at Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton NH, and Everett Lake, Weare NH   3

Background
The contract is for stump grinding at Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton NH, and Everett Lake, Weare NH. The procurement is set-aside for small business vendors with the applicable NAICS code being 561730 and a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.GOV at the time of submission in order to be considered.

Work Details
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to grind all stumps within three locations at the Hopkinton-Everett Project. The base area for stump grinding is approximately 8 acres in total, with the government having the option to exercise up to two additional optional areas totaling approximately 9 additional acres. The work includes grinding all debris and stumps to grade and grading to provide a smooth and consistent terrain at each site location.
The period of performance will be 120 days from Contract Award, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM unless otherwise approved by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). The work sites are located within the Hopkinton Everett Lakes Project in the towns of Hopkinton, Weare, and Dunbarton, New Hampshire.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be 120 days from Contract Award.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Hopkinton Lake Project Office at 2097 Maple Street, Hopkinton, New Hampshire; Everett Dam located at 395 Clough Park Road, Weare, New Hampshire; and other areas within the towns of Hopkinton, Weare, and Dunbarton, New Hampshire.
