The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) has a requirement for evaluating e-cigarette aerosols in in vivo nonclinical models.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Parts 12 and 15 procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 541380, Testing Laboratories.

All quotes submitted in response to this solicitation shall be to via- e-mail to the contract specialist at Christopher.McGucken@fda.hhs.gov no later than August 26th 2019 3:00PM Eastern Time.

All questions in response to this solicitation shall be submitted no later than September 3rd, 2019 3:00PM Eastern Time.
