Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) is seeking to procure a service contract for preventative maintenance and repair of Stryker Neptune Rovers. This contract aims to support the Surgical Services at the Wilmington VA Medical Center by ensuring the operational readiness of critical medical equipment.

Work Details
The scope of work includes ProCare Preventative maintenance and repair for seven (7) Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers and two (2) Neptune 2 Dockers. The services will cover maintenance and repair tasks necessary for the Neptune Rover and Smart Dock Evacuation Station, ensuring they are functioning optimally for medical use.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Wilmington VA Medical Center.
