Work Details
The required product is the Stryker 120V Neptune 3 Rover, which includes docking stations already in place at the facility. This system allows for the collection of liquid surgical waste and smoke evacuation while maintaining a closed environment to prevent exposure to operating room (OR) staff.

Key features include:
- Fluid waste removal through suction tubing connected to inlet ports of installed manifolds.
- Single-use disposables for manifolds and suction tubing that must be replaced between patients.
- Interoperability with existing Stryker units, ensuring compatibility with current infrastructure.
- The only product on the market that is backwards compatible with Neptune 2 manifolds, filters, and docking stations.
- Other products such as surgical cannisters do not provide a safe enclosed system and increase exposure risks due to open containers.
