To ensure military couples receive the opportunity to grow, strengthen, and renew relationship bonds through guided workshops at local retreat venues. Additionally, ensure single military members receive the opportunity to grow personally, strengthen relationship skills, and develop healthy foundations for sustainable long-term relationships, while also building self-confidence, emotional awareness, and personal resilience as individuals. The three (3) retreats will support holistic well-being and equip participants with practical tools applicable to both personal and professional contexts.

Background
The Strong Bonds Retreat program is initiated by the Air Force to provide military couples and single military members with opportunities to enhance their relationship skills and personal resilience. The goal of the contract is to facilitate guided workshops at local retreat venues that support holistic well-being and equip participants with practical tools for sustainable long-term relationships, as well as personal growth.

Work Details
The contractor will organize and conduct three retreats aimed at military couples and single military members. The retreats will focus on:
