This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for fourteen (14) Stretch Wrap Machines for DLA Distribution Pear Harbor, HI.. See Attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation (CSS) and Statement of Work (SOW) for details.

Background
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by the DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for fourteen (14) Stretch Wrap Machines. The goal of this contract is to procure equipment necessary for DLA Distribution Pearl Harbor, HI, to enhance their operational capabilities.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of fourteen (14) Stretch Wrap Machines with the following specifications:
- Machine Type: Stretch Wrap Machine
- Film Size: 30" Film
- Load Capacity: 50" X 50" X 80"
- Weight Capacity: 4000 lbs.
- Bearing Support System: 36-42 bearing support system or equivalent
- Turntable Speed: Variable speed of 3-12 rpm
- Features: Soft Start acceleration, Positive turntable deceleration and alignment, 12 point film carriage guidance system or equivalent, Fully electronic dynamic film dancer or equivalent, Automatic load height sensor, Variable speed film carriage control, 1-9 revolution film wrap counters, Low Profile Turn table, Loading Ramps.
- Built-in Load Cell: 4000 lb capacity built-in load cell (weigh scale).
The machines must be capable of using 30” film. FOB destination shipping must be included in the unit prices. Quotes should reflect firm fixed unit prices for all CLINs.

Period of Performance
180 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
