Background
The Government intends to issue a sole source order to Engineering Software Research & Development, Inc., the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for StressCheck software. This contract supports the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, which is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the readiness of naval aircraft.

The goal of this contract is to renew annual software maintenance and support for the StressCheck software, which is critical for operational efficiency.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized resellers of Engineering Software Research & Development, Inc. A letter or email from the OEM confirming authorized reseller status must be submitted if bidding as a reseller.
