Description

This requirement is to provide the Strength Maintenance Training Battalion (SMTB) with a highly responsive process whereby the SMTB can provide Training, Training Development and Training Management for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Recruiting and Retention Force (RRF). Training requirements are determined using the current Fiscal Year (FY) Army Programmed Individual Training (ARPRINT) and the training development Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluate (ADDIE) lifecycle process. SMTB's previous two fiscal years student throughput averaged just over 1,500 students. Most services will be performed at the Strength Maintenance Training Battalion in Little Rock, Arkansas; however, occasionally services will be performed off site as part of a Mobile Training Team (MTT), including attending training workshops, and participating in training working groups.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Strength Maintenance Training Battalion (SMTB) Technical Services. The contractor is responsible for the development of a highly responsive process whereby the SMTB and the 54 States and Territories can quickly obtain needed services. The SMTB TSS has been essential to sustain all resident functions identified in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Pamphlet 525-8-2 while adhering to the new requirements outlined in The U.S. Army Learning Concept for Training and Education (2020-2040) (ALC-TE), and meet Fiscal Year (FY) programmed training loads captured in the Army Program for Individual Training (ARPRINT).
The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and four 12-month option years. Services shall be provided between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (CST), Monday through Friday at SMTB, Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72115.
