Background
The USAJFKSWCS Human Performance Program requires an online platform with connected mobile application for use by strength and conditioning coaches and Soldiers on-site and in the field. This platform would be used in support of optimizing strength and conditioning programs and Soldier exercise tracking, as well as can fully integrate via open API with electronic athlete management systems and import other data integration tools. The platform should allow for increased interface between strength and conditioning coaches and Soldiers, allow for large group strength and conditioning plan development, distribution and management, will gain efficiencies in manpower for strength and conditioning coaches, and allow for succinct data analysis for command and program level discussions regarding strength and conditioning programming within the multidisciplinary Human Performance domain.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide access to a commercial off the shelf (COTS) Strength and Conditioning Online Platform built to optimize athlete strength and conditioning. The platform must be able to provide access for 2500 students and 8 strength and conditioning coaches/athletic trainers/data scientists. It should automate the workflow of the strength and conditioning coaches, capture compliance and strength and conditioning data in innovative ways resulting in measurable athletic performance, allow sharing of interactive plans via email and text, work with Athlete Management Systems (AMS) to sync data, enable monitoring of soldier engagement, analyze strength and conditioning sessions, view trends of individual soldiers or groups of soldiers, answer specific questions related to strength and conditioning, design & store template programs containing 1 or more weeks of training, copy & save as templates sequential weeks of training, workouts, exercises, exercise groupings, switch exercises while maintaining parameters, filter past programs by status/team/my programs vs all programs, program specific blocks in specific format delivered to soldier via mobile app with a functional timer experience, view estimated weight results while building programs when prescribing weights using formulas such as 1RME (1 Rep Max Estimate), % of Bodyweight & % Difficulty. The technology platform needs to provide the capability for human performance professionals (HP staff) to design, deliver & monitor physical training programs. It must also be web browser, Android & iOS phone & tablet native app accessible.
