Description

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) awarded contract on a sole-source basis to Emcube, Inc. (Cage: 02NW1) located at 2001 2900 S. Quincy ST. STE 430, Arlington, VA, 22206-2595 in support of Systems Engineering and Training Support, Orientation and Culture Awareness Training, Security Engineering, Independent System Safety and Surety Support, Trident Training to United Kingdom Royal Navy, Leadership Training for Strategic Systems Programs and Field Activities, Ship Submersible Ballistic Missile Nuclear (SSBN) System Support and Life Extension II (LE2), Ship Submersible Guided Nuclear (SSGN) Support, Acquisition Support, and Sea Launched Cruise Missile Nuclear (SLCM-N) System Engineering Support.

The awarded contract contains a base year effort for FY 2025 and includes four (4) option year periods for FYs 2026 through FY 2029. The awarded contract contains Level-of-Effort (LOE) Line Items on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis and one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Line Item. Each LOE line items covers a twelve (12) month period of performance and includes option provision to increase the LOE up to thirty percent (30%), in accordance with SSP terms and conditions. The FFP line item has twelve (12) deliverable sessions for the base year and each option year effort. The award date was 13 December 2024 with an effective date 16 December 2024.

This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.301.
