The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) is hosting the inaugural Strategic Partnering for Acquisition Development (SPAD) Industry Week on January 27-31, 2025. The purpose of the Industry Week is to educate industry partners for doing business with AEDC, enhance potential offerors' understanding of AEDC's mission, and the Government's requirements for various projects related to services, research and development, construction, and supplies to support AEDC with anticipated execution in fiscal year 2026 and beyond. AEDC includes, but is not limited to: Arnold AFB, TN; Ames Research Center, Mountain View, and Edwards AFB, CA; Peterson SFB, CO; the Federal Research Center at White Oak, MD, Holloman AFB and White Sands Missile Range, NM; Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; and Hill AFB, UT.

The anticipated event structure is a high overview of specific projects, topics for doing business with the Government and specific mission areas, site tours on Arnold AFB, opportunities for networking, and public capability briefings (based on Government selection).

Location: University of Tennessee Space Institute (UTSI) in Tullahoma, TN

Anticipated Date: January 27-31, 2025 (travel days January 27 and 31)

Foreign participation is not authorized.

The attachment has the full registration details, which are due no later than 8:00 AM Central Time on Janurary 2, 2025. We want to ensure we provide maximum benefit to the attendees during this industry week. Provide required information in one PDF or email and Capability Statement in one PDF.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This announcement for the SPAD Industry Week does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal. Any procurement action for this effort will be the subject of a separate, future announcement on SAM.gov. The Government is not under any obligation to award any related contract associated with this event.

The Government will not reimburse any potential vendors for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice or participating in the Industry Week. Participation in the industry week is voluntary.

Background
The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) is hosting the first annual Strategic Partnering for Acquisition Development (SPAD) Industry Week from January 27-31, 2025. The purpose of this event is to educate industry partners on doing business with AEDC, enhance understanding of AEDC's mission, and outline the Government's requirements for various projects related to services, research and development, construction, and supplies to support AEDC with anticipated execution in fiscal year 2026 and beyond.

AEDC encompasses multiple locations including Arnold AFB in TN, Ames Research Center in CA, Peterson SFB in CO, Eglin AFB in FL, and several others across the United States.

Work Details
The event will include a high-level overview of specific projects and topics for doing business with the Government. It will feature site tours at Arnold AFB, opportunities for networking among participants, and public capability briefings based on Government selection.

The sessions are intended to be Distribution A; however, the Government reserves the right to hold more restrictive sessions that require validation prior to attendance. Registration requires submission of company information including Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), active JCP information, names and contact details of attendees, citizenship status of attendees, and topics of interest for educational sessions.

The event will take place from January 27-31, 2025, with travel days on January 27 and 31.
