Strategic Integration Advisory and Assistance Services

Background
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has issued a Sources Sought announcement to perform market research for Strategic Integration Advisory and Assistance Services. The agency's mission is to safeguard the United States and its allies from Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) by providing capabilities to reduce, eliminate and counter the threat and its effects. The mission dictates a diverse set of customers and unique mission requirements, including Strategic Integration Advisory and Assistance Services.

Work Details
The Request For Information (RFI) Response should include a Capability Statement reflecting both the corporate capabilities and experience related to the Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO). It should address the Task Requirements in the SOO, including staff capability and work experience. Additionally, offerors having the required capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide a RFI response.

The RFI response should also address company demographics, proposed contract types, ideas/recommendations to include in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), list of current and previous contracts with relevant details, company's capability to perform Advisory and Assistance Support as required in the Draft SOO, administrative and management structure for Prime – Subcontractor Arrangement, ability to provide on-site and off-site support, ability to staff a contract with estimated required Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) within 30 days of contract award, methodology for employee retention, ability to provide contractor support with Secret, Top Secret, and Top Secret/SCI clearances.

The contract will be performed at DTRA HQ in Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6201.
