Stratasys Equipment, Maintenance and Services

The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC) located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ issued a Firm-Fixed price (FFP) contract modification, on a sole source basis, to Hartech Group LLC, 3030 N Rocky Point Drive W, Suite 150 Tampa, Florida, 33607-7200, United States, the sole distributor of the required Stratasys Equipment. This requirement is for the procurement of additional Stratasys equipment, maintenance and services. The corresponding Sole Source Justification and Approval utilizing the authority FAR 13.501(a)(l)(ii): Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions, acquisitions conducted under simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) are exempt from the requirements in FAR Part 6.302-1(c)(1) has been approved and is attached to this notice.
