Stratasys Equipment, Maintenance and Services

Background
The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement to upgrade its Stratasys equipment (Fortus Systems, Objets, Dimensions, SLA machines, etc.) that are at 'end of life'. The Government intends to award one contract, on a sole source basis, to Hartech Group LLC, 3030 N Rocky Point DR W Suite 150 Tampa, Florida, 33607-7200, United States, the sole distributor of the required Stratasys Equipment. The Authority for this procurement comes under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements: Application for brand name descriptions.
A Sole Source Justification was approved September 7, 2023 explaining that Hartech Group LLC is the only source capable of providing the Stratasys equipment as they are the authorized reseller of the required brand name equipment.
