Stratasys 3D Printer Maintenance (J750/J850/F170)

Background
The contract is issued for maintenance support of Stratasys 3D Printers (models J750, J850, and F170) to ensure their proper operation in support of test programs.

The agency aims to maintain the functionality and reliability of these advanced manufacturing machines.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Off-site technical troubleshooting support via telephone or email to resolve machine stoppage issues caused by mechanical failures, configuration errors, or non-routine operating anomalies during weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time.
2. Schedule on-site technician visits for annual preventive maintenance, which includes routine component replacements, adjustments to machine settings to meet specified operating parameters, and calibration of diagnostic equipment necessary for system maintenance. Technicians will also provide the latest software and firmware patches as well as hardware upgrades to keep the machines updated. The 'Emerald Care' level of repair parts will be supplied.
3. On-site visits will include scheduling transportation and covering costs to ensure a timely response (within 72 hours) for machine stoppage issues. There is no limit on the number of non-routine visits required to maintain machine availability.
4. All personnel involved in providing these services must be factory-trained individuals with Stratasys certification, ensuring they are qualified to perform necessary maintenance procedures.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed off-site via telephone or email correspondence and on-site at locations where the Stratasys 3D Printers are installed.
