Storm Debris Removal, Beaver Lake

Background
The contract is issued by the government for the purpose of removing vegetation debris piles resulting from recent storm damage in Prairie Creek and Horseshoe Bend Parks near Beaver Lake.
The agency's mission is to restore these parks to a safe and accessible condition for public use, ensuring that all debris is properly managed and disposed of.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, fuel, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to complete the following tasks:
1. Remove debris from Prairie Creek (NTE 2500 CY).
2. Optionally remove debris from Horseshoe Bend (NTE 2500 CY).
3. Optionally remove additional debris (NTE 200 CY).
4. Dispose of all vegetative and non-organic material off public lands, including stumps and root balls in the debris piles.
5. Maintain a clean work area daily before leaving.
6. Submit project submittals within 3 days of contract award for review and approval.
7. Conduct a pre-work meeting with the Beaver Project Office to discuss safety and work specifications before starting any work.

Period of Performance
The contractor will have two weeks from notification to start the contract and must complete the work within 45 calendar days of contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Prairie Creek and Horseshoe Bend Parks near Beaver Lake.
