Background
The Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Border Patrol, HQ Miami Sector, Special Operations has identified the need for specialized equipment to support its maintenance and operational readiness. To support operational continuity and provide additional protected workspace, CBP intends to procure storage containers with climate control and secure electrical connectivity for tool storage, equipment staging, and maintenance preparation.

Work Details
This procurement includes two (2) pre-fabricated 10-20 foot shipping containers (20’CC W/Door) with specific modifications as detailed below:
- Exterior paint (choice of available colors)
- Electrical package (lights, outlets, disconnect)
- Climate control with mini-split HVAC
- Custom door and window configuration
- Freight and delivery to the designated site

Specific tasks include:
1. Program Management: Technical direction and control of engineering, manufacturing, testing, production management support tasks including configuration control, risk management, quality assurance.
2. Fabrication and Configuration: Fabricate and assemble two (2) new 10-20 foot cargo containers with features such as exterior paint finishes, poly floor coating, HVAC system with thermostat and internal wiring, electrical panel with outlets, lights, exterior disconnect.
3. Testing and Inspection: Test all equipment prior to delivery including verification of electrical systems operation, HVAC installation correctness, structural elements inspection for defects.
4. Delivery: Manage logistics for transportation and secure on-site placement of containers.
5. Documentation: Provide warranty documentation and compliance certificates prior to project closeout.
