Background
The contract is issued by the 66th Air Base Group Communications and Information Division (66ABG/SC) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The mission of this division includes providing support for the Storage Area Network (SAN) and Tape Library systems.

The goal of this contract is to ensure continuous operational support and maintenance for existing IBM SAN and Tape Library systems through 31 January 2026.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver 24/7 Over the Phone Maintenance Support Renewal Coverage. This includes:
- Delivery of TS3400 Tape Library Configured.
- Support coverage for existing IBM SAN and Tape Library systems.
- The maintenance support will be provided continuously until the end date specified in the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from the date of award for a duration of 12 months, with an initial delivery expected within 7 days from the award date.

The place of performance is at Hanscom AFB, MA, specifically at 66 ABG/SC, 132 Grenier St. Bldg 1814, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731.
