Amendment 7 extends the response date, revises the SOW, price schedule, and TEP. Amendment 6 extends the response date. Amendment 5 adds a new CLIN. Amendment 4 clarifies previous responses. Amendment 3 posts trailing questions, extends the response date, and shifts the estimated ordering period. Amendment 2 posts the remaining responses to questions, extends the response date, revises a couple clauses and a provision, revises the price schedule and scope of work. Amendment 1 posts some responses to questions, extends the response date, adds a provision, revises a clause, and changes an items tonnage. This is a small business set-aside solicitation for supply of armor stone. The Government is seeking a contractor to deliver up to a maximum estimate of 35,000 tons a year, of aggregate armor stone, ranging in size from 3 to 7 Ton, via truck in 20T lots to Milwaukee harbor and by barge in 1,250 T lots to five Lake Michigan harbors, Calumet, Chicago, Michigan City, Sheboygan, and Sturgeon Bay located in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. The stone needs to conform to ASTM C127, 127, C 135, D 535, D5312, D5312, C 295, and D 4992. The Governments intends to award one, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) supply contract, for a three-year period, having a ceiling price of $17M. Background
This is a small business set-aside solicitation for the supply of armor stone. The Government is seeking a contractor to deliver up to a maximum estimate of 35,000 tons a year, of aggregate armor stone, ranging in size from 3 to 7 Ton, via truck in 20T lots to Milwaukee harbor and by barge in 1,250 T lots to five Lake Michigan harbors. The Governments intends to award one Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) supply contract for a three-year period with a ceiling price of $17M. Work Details
The contractor shall supply and deliver approved armor stone for use for maintenance and repair at six harbors along the south and western shores of Lake Michigan. Armor Stone for this contract shall be from non-sedimentary crystalline rock type(s) with gradations ranging from 3 tons (6,000-pounds) to 7 tons (14,000 pounds). The contractor shall furnish stones weighing between 3 and 7 tons each and free of fines. Seventy-five (75) percent of the stones by count shall weigh more than 5 tons each. The stone shall be durable, sound, and free of features which may tend to increase deterioration from natural causes or breakage during handling, transportation or placement. In addition, all stones shall meet the minimum quality requirements listed in the table below based on certified test results.

The contract has a three-year ordering and delivery period from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the product will be delivered are Milwaukee harbor and five Lake Michigan harbors: Calumet, Chicago, Michigan City, Sheboygan, and Sturgeon Bay located in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
