STONE DS FQ1 FY26 Dockside Repairs   2

AMENDMENT 00003: is issued to change the Responses Due Time to 10:00 am Eastern Time on Friday 07/25/2025. This amendment moves up the time from the original time of 2:28 pm Eastern Time.

AMENDMENT 00002: is issued to correct Attachment B - Pricing Schedule (correct a format error) and Attachment A - Specification file. The update to the Specification file answers the following question: Question: Para 3.1.12 references a work item not included in the specification or provided pricing schedule. Paragraph 3.10.2 references newly installed insulation that is not specified anywhere in the work item. Finally, all paragraphs between 3.1.8 and 3.1.11 are missing. An item was descoped from the dockside plan and it was removed from the specification, which removed the missing paragraphs. Paragraph 3.10.2 addressed by changing verbiage to paint installed vs. newly installed wiring.

AMENDMENT 00001: is issued to correct Attachment B - Pricing Schedule. The original version of the spreadsheet contained an additional Work Item that was not on the Specification File. Pricing Schedule - STONE (WMSL 418) DS FQ1 FY26_Rev1 1 is the correct version for submission of pricing for this requirement.

This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all necessary labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment power, accessories, personnel, and other things as necessary, except otherwise specified to perform dockside repairs to the USCGC STONE (WMSL-758), a 418-foot National Security Cutter in accordance with the solicitation, schedule, and specifications.
