Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to contract the procurement for the addition of security glazing storefronts on the interior of ground level windows along the east plaza, the replacement of the exterior doors and the replacement of entry doors in the rotunda in order to provide additional security against forced entry at the Carl B Stokes U.S. Courthouse, 810 W. Background
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to enhance security at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse located at 810 W. Superior Ave, Cleveland, Ohio. The mission of this contract is to provide additional security against forced entry through the installation of security glazing storefronts and the replacement of exterior and entry doors in the rotunda.

Work Details
The project involves the following construction tasks:
1. Addition of security glazing storefronts on the interior of ground level windows along the east plaza.
2. Replacement of exterior doors to improve security measures.
3. Replacement of entry doors in the rotunda to enhance overall safety against forced entry.

The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, transportation, and other necessary services for the execution of this work as described in the contract documents.
