Stockmore Admin Site Renovation

Background
The Stockmore Admin Site Renovation project is issued by the USDA Forest Service, specifically the Intermountain Region. The mission of this project is to renovate the Stockmore Building located in the Ashley National Forest, enhancing its functionality and aesthetics to better serve its purpose.

The goal is to complete various construction tasks that will improve the building's infrastructure and facilities.

Work Details
The renovation work includes:
1. BASE - Window installations, exterior door installations, door hardware installations on two garage closet doors, demolition work, electrical work, and remodeling of two restrooms.
2. OPTION #1 - Preparation, priming, and painting of interior walls, ceilings, wood trim, and doors.
3. OPTION #2 - Installation of vinyl sheet flooring and rubber wall base in offices, halls, and restrooms; vinyl flooring shall be installed over existing tile flooring.
4. OPTION #3 - Providing and installing a water fountain in the garage to replace the original water fountain.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 18, 2026, to November 16, 2026.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at the Stockmore Building located at 44304 N Fork Road in Hanna, Utah, within the Duchesne Ranger District of the Ashley National Forest.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet specific requirements including: Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA), must furnish required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award, and possess relevant contractor or trade licenses.

Bidders are also required to demonstrate experience with plumbing work, carpentry work, vinyl flooring installation, window installation, and electrical work.
