Stock Images and Video Services

Background
The U.S. Census Bureau has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify potential sources for an online subscription service for access to stock images, graphics, and video to produce publications, web, and video to support the Census Bureau’s mission. The Public Information Office (PIO) is seeking to gain knowledge of companies that can supply access to stock images, graphics, and video for the production of publications, web, and video to support the Census Bureau’s programs.

Work Details
The requested information includes business details such as company name, address, website address, contact person’s name, position, email address, and phone number. Additionally, vendors are required to provide information on business size, ownership status, federal contract vehicles available for procurement of services if applicable. Vendors are also asked to provide technical capabilities of their products and services that could meet all government needs for online subscription service. This includes details on stock image library, video library, user accounts, licensee administrative capabilities, reporting ability, search filtering ability, collaboration features, subscription set-up and technical support. Vendors are also asked to provide information on product pricing and customary practices including warranty, buyer financing, discounts etc.
