Background
Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado is seeking information for the purchase of the System Tool Kit (STK) software license renewal. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. This notice serves as a Sources Sought Announcement and does not constitute a commitment by the government.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of STK Software Licenses with specified characteristics as follows:

1. Line Item 0001: ASTKEnt-LSE12 - Adds enterprise-wide resources, collaboration tools, and MBSE integration (Lease) - Quantity: 5 - Coverage Period: 12 Months ARO from 06/28/2025 to 06/27/2026.

2. Line Item 0002: AODTK-LSE12 - Ansys Orbit Determination Tool Kit - Process tracking data and generate orbit ephemeris with realistic covariance (Lease) - Quantity: 6 - Coverage Period: 12 Months ARO from 06/28/2025 to 06/27/2026.

3. Line Item 0003: ASTKEnt-WAN - Ansys STK Enterprise - Adds enterprise-wide resources, collaboration tools, and MBSE integration (Site-Based WAN) - Quantity: 5 - Coverage Period: 12 Months ARO from 06/28/2025 to 06/27/2026.

4. Line Item 0004: AODTK-WAN - Ansys Orbit Determination Tool Kit - Process tracking data and generate orbit ephemeris with realistic covariance (Site-Based WAN) - Quantity: 6 - Coverage Period: 12 Months ARO from 06/28/2025 to 06/27/2026.
