STI SP001 Certified Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) Inspections

Background
The contract is issued by Offutt Air Force Base (OAFB), which is home to the 55th Wing and manages numerous facilities requiring fuel and petroleum products stored on-site and at remote locations.
The goal of this contract is to conduct certified STI SP001 inspections of fifty (50) Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) in compliance with Nebraska Title 158, CFR Title 40 Part 112, and UFC 3-460-03.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for conducting certified STI inspections of fifty (50) ASTs.
The scope includes:
1. Performing inspections according to Nebraska Law and federal regulations.
2. Conducting Formal External Inspections and Leak Tests for tanks with a capacity of 0-1,100 gallons.
3. Conducting Formal External Inspections and Formal Internal Inspections for tanks with a capacity of 1,101-50,000 gallons.
4. Providing consolidated reports with recommended future inspection schedules based on inspection findings.
5. Establishing periodic inspection intervals based on tank classification and size as per STI SP001 requirements.
6. The capability to add or remove tanks from the contract as determined by the government.

From September 16, 2024 to January 15, 2025.
