Description

S&RTS at the Port of Aqaba, Jordan. This requirement includes providing all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials in connection with the receipt, disposition, processing and loading/discharging of vessels at the seaports. The general scope of S&RTS services includes, Vessel Loading, Vessel Discharging, Receipt of Cargo, Disposition of Cargo, Stuffing/Unstuffing of Cargo and Management Services.

Background
The contract is issued by USTRANSCOM for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Port of Aqaba, Jordan. The goal is to support the receipt, disposition, processing, and loading/discharging of vessels at the seaports.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for vessel loading and discharging, receipt and disposition of cargo, stuffing/unstuffing of cargo, and management services.

Tasks include providing cargo management, tally/checking, ground guides, and other support labor for military convoys. The contractor must also provide temporary and secured staging areas for USG cargo up to 80,000 square meters. Compensation is based on commodity rates and cargo footprint.
