Background
The Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office, Network Contracting Office 15, is seeking to procure commercial products and services, specifically (4) brand name or equal Steris Warming Cabinets. The goal of this contract is to enhance healthcare facilities' capabilities by providing efficient warming solutions for surgical IV and irrigation solutions and blankets.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of the following items:

1. **Warming Cabinet Dual Compartment with Glass Doors**
- Model: STERIS Amsco Warming Cabinet
- Quantity: 4
- Specifications:
- Dimensions (H x W x D): 74 3/4 x 30 x 26 1/2 inches
- Depth: 24 inches
- Features: Dual compartment, free-standing or recessed unit, glass doors, designed for safety and compliance.
- Power: 120 V option.

2. **Installation of Warming Cabinets**
- Quantity: 4
- Description: Installation includes all necessary labor and materials to uncrate, set in place, assemble the equipment, perform operational check-out tests, make necessary adjustments, and demonstrate the equipment to facility personnel. Installation is scheduled during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm).
