Sterilizers and washers

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office, is conducting a Sources Sought to identify contractors capable of providing sterilization equipment for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The goal of this procurement is to acquire new equipment only, ensuring that all items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and that vendors are authorized distributors or resellers of the equipment.

Work Details
The contract requires the following specific items:

1. Washer Disinfector
2. GSS67 Sterilizer
3. 533 Sterilizer.

All equipment must be new; remanufactured or gray market items are not acceptable. Vendors must provide proof of being an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer or distributor, including an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer. Additionally, all quotes must include representations and certifications identifying the vendor as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise/Native American-owned small business.
