Background
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking a contractor to provide statistical and other analytic support to the CW Bill Young Cell Transplantation Program’s (CWBYCTP) Stem Cell Therapeutic Outcomes Database (SCTOD). The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price, and it is a Request for Proposal (RFP) under NAICS 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide statistical and other analytic support to the CWBYCTP's SCTOD. The contract includes a base period from September 27, 2022, to September 26, 2023, with four optional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, material, facilities, services, and equipment as needed to perform the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall also submit invoices under this contract once per month or as specified in the payment schedule.
