Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this contract for the Metal Roof Replacement at the Eau Galle Project located near Spring Valley, WI. The mission of this project is to enhance the structural integrity and longevity of three building structures within the Highland Ridge Campground and Equestrian Campground by replacing old roofing materials with durable steel roofing. This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses, aiming to support local contractors while ensuring high-quality construction standards.

Work Details
The project involves the removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing and installation of standing seam hidden fastener steel roofing on three buildings:
- Highland Ridge Campground Shower Building (1,680 sq ft)
- Highland Ridge Campground Interpretive Building (1,225 sq ft)
- Equestrian Campground Pump House (190 sq ft).

The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and materials. Specific tasks include:
- Installation of new felt underlayment.
- Installation of hidden fastener standing seam steel roofing panels with a minimum gauge of 28, along with ridge caps, rake trims, hip flashing, closure strips, and related hardware.
- The roofing materials must meet specific standards including ASTM-A653 Grade 80 and UL ratings for hail resistance and wind uplift.
- Color samples matching existing roofs must be provided for approval prior to ordering materials.
