Steam Plant Manuals Synopsis (FY19-FY23 Procurement)   3

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to solicit and award a contract for installation component configuration management, logistics support, and provisioning functions of the Reviewing Yard for CVN 68 Class Steam and Electric Plant components and systems. The contemplated contract includes the procurement of logistic technical data to support the maintenance of the CVN 68 class Steam Plant Manuals, as well as life cycle logistics, technical engineering support, and ship alteration packages to support the CVN 68 Class Aircraft Carrier integrated propulsion plant. Solicitation N00024-18-R-2122 will be issued to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607 on a sole source basis.
