Description

This limited sources justification is being requested to establish a sole source effort for a base plus four option period task order to maintain continuity of services for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Immunization & Respiratory Diseases on behalf Tennessee Immunization Program (TIP), Communicable and Environmental Disease Emergency Preparedness Division (CEDEP), Tennessee Department of Health. The Centers for Disease Controls requires continued performance of the programmatic services currently being performed under Task ID04130166.
Current policy requires a Limited Source Justification (LSJ) be prepared under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B) and the circumstances surrounding its use. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (see FAR 8.401).
