Background
The U.S. Embassy in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is issuing a contract to procure medical equipment aimed at enhancing emergency medical services in the Gobi region. The goal of this contract is to provide medical clinics in Omnogobi, Dornogobi, and Dundgovi Province with Starlink Mini Terminals to ensure internet connectivity for ambulances during medical emergencies, thereby improving the standard of medical care in prehospital settings.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish and deliver the following items to the U.S. Embassy Ulaanbaatar:

- 70 Starlink Mini Terminals
- 70 Starlink Mini Magnetic Mounts
- 70 units of 12V Cigarette lighter adapters (10ft braided)
- 70 Starlink Mini Protective covers.

The Contractor is responsible for managing delivery and ensuring all items are safely packaged. Delivery must be completed by April 15, 2026, and all items must be ready for inspection and inventory on or about this date. If any items are deemed unacceptable by the Authorized Government Representative (AGR), the Contractor must replace them promptly. The Contractor must also maintain communication with the AGR throughout the delivery process.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until April 15, 2026.
