Background
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) is seeking to contract for loan recovery assistance from a recovery firm to collect outstanding amounts owed to EXIM by the obligor/buyer and all guarantors, if any. The bank supports the financing of U.S. goods and services and assumes credit and country risks that the private sector is unable or unwilling to accept. Upon payment of the claim, it becomes the responsibility of the Asset Recovery Group (ARG) within the Asset Management Division of EXIM Bank (AMD) to seek repayment from the debtor and/or guarantors.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all professional services, including all labor, materials, postage, tools, travel, supervision, and incur expenses necessary that entail the judicial process to undertake the asset recovery Scope of Work. The contractor shall perform non-personal services necessary to perform collection on EXIM Bank defaulted loan firm for specific claims involving debtor and guarantor(s) located in Chile. The estimated value for this contract is $X of which due diligence costs are estimated at $Y and recovery fees of $Z.
The Period of Performance for this contract will be five (5) years.
