Standalone Lenel Badging System   2

Background
The 53rd Wing requires a configuration change to the current Special Access Program (SAP) Facilities Access Control System (ACS) to a decentralized setup with standalone terminals at each of the 53 WG, Eglin AFB SAP facilities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to transition the Lenel Access Control System (ACS) from a centralized networked system to a de-centralized/segregated ACS with standalone terminals for each of the 53 WG SAPFs located on Eglin AFB, Florida. This includes installing new government purchased workstation/servers at each location, copying and migrating the existing 53 WG/AP Lenel database into each new workstation/server, installing Lenel OnGuard server software onto the new workstations, and migrating the 53 WG/AP database onto all new workstations/servers. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for hardware programming, cable routing and termination, migration of Lenel hardware within each associated building into the new local workstation/server, testing full system function in all areas of all associated buildings affected by the new configuration, providing system training for all new 53 WG admin teams, and providing system closeout documentation.

Period of Performance
The overall project is expected to take 50-70 days and will be dependent upon facility access and the ability to migrate the 53 WG database. The project will be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1700 local time and excludes holidays and weekends.
