Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons of Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, is seeking to award a contract for dedicated parking space services for the Federal Detention Center (FDC) located at 1200 Texas Avenue, Houston, Texas 77002.

The goal of this contract is to provide parking facilities for the staff of the FDC, ensuring their safety and accessibility.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide 24-hour, 7 days a week access to 185 parking spaces for all staff at the Federal Detention Center. Services include:
- Provision of armed security for all staff and their vehicles parked in the facility.
- Maintenance of a safe and secure environment within the parking area.
- The parking area must be within a reasonable walking distance (less than one third mile) from the FDC.
- A paved and illuminated parking area that meets or exceeds all Local, State, and Federal Regulations.
- Continuous maintenance of cleanliness and safety in the parking area.
- Provision of access control measures such as Key Cards or Access Fobs (280 units supplied at no additional cost).
- Replacement of lost or damaged cards at a maximum fee of $5.00 per card/fob and re-keying defective cards within one business day at no cost.
- Ability to disable lost/stolen cards through an access control system's software within 2 hours of notification.
- Coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for any upgrades to security systems.
