Background
The contract is issued for the installation of government-furnished 13.8kV generator switchgear, 480V station service switchgear, and two station service transformers at the St. Stephen powerhouse.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of the powerhouse by upgrading its electrical infrastructure.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following items:

1. **Switchgear for Unit 1**:
- Mobilization & Demobilization
- Remove Switchgear for Unit 1
- Install Switchgear for Unit 1
- Switchgear Training For Government Personnel

2. **Switchgear for Unit 2**:
- Mobilization & Demobilization
- Remove Switchgear for Unit 2
- Install Switchgear for Unit 2
- Switchgear Training For Government Personnel

3. **Switchgear for Unit 3**:
- Mobilization & Demobilization
- Remove Switchgear for Unit 3
- Install Switchgear for Unit 3
- Switchgear Training For Government Personnel

4. **Station Service Switchgear & Transformer**:
- Mobilization & Demobilization
- Remove 480V Switchgear
