St. Louis district: Prairie Seed Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Description: Blanket Purchase Agreement - The purpose of this procurement is for reginal seed companies to provide and deliver seed of specified mixes and species for reforestation efforts on RPO management areas. Seed utilized in prairie restoration efforts on the UMRS must meet stringent production guidelines to ensure maximum survivorship after planting.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BPA - Prairie Seed BPA

1. Submit Technical Approach and Capability Statement and adequate to show their ability to provide the work.

2. Complete and submit the Pricing Schedule.

3. Complete and submit the Past Performance Questionnaire.

4. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive an agreement. If you are not registered with SAM, you may contact the SAM Help Desk at 1-866-606-8220 or register online at http://www.sam.gov. Complete and submit the Offeror Representations.
