SSC PK Acquisition and Finance Support (SPAFS)   2

Background
The SSC PK Acquisition and Finance Support (SPAFS) contract is being issued by the government with the intention to award one task order from the GSA OASIS 5B pool.

The goal of this contract is to provide acquisition and finance support services, which are critical for the agency's operations. The current incumbent for this effort is MCR Federal LLC, holding contract number GS00Q14OADS608/FA8802-20-F-0003.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including:
1. Providing pricing support that requires analysis, strong communication skills, and analytical/computational capabilities.
2. Ensuring that all personnel meet educational requirements, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred, and experience levels defined for specific roles.
3. Offering on-site support at Los Angeles AFB while adhering to government-provided or approved tools and applications.
4. Conducting training for government personnel in identified functional disciplines requiring on-the-job training (OJT).
5. Assessing employee/candidate capabilities in relation to SSC technical and business needs.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance includes a transition period starting on 14 October 2024, followed by a base period from 14 December 2024 to 13 November 2025, with options extending the total duration up to six years.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at Los Angeles AFB, with options for telework or remote work subject to approval.
