The 332 AEW intends to solicit and procure construction of secure space/SCIF for SROC at an undisclosed location in the Southewest Asia region. This synopsis is to allow industry to prepare for a solicitation after this synopsis. Due to national security all vendors submitting a proposal must sign and submit the attached non-disclosure agreement to both POC's. The potential vendors must be able to guarantee that the facilities will be accredited under Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705. All potential vendors must have a Defense Security Services (DSS) Top Secret Facility Clearance (FCL).

This SCIF must meet certain criteria:
ICD 705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities
ICS 705-1, Physical and Technical Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities
ICS 705-2, Standards for the Accreditation and Reciprocal Use of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities
IC Tech Spec for ICD/ICS 705 and DCID 6/9
