Srftc Milo Training Videos

Background
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) Security Response Force (SRF) conducts armed security operations at multiple Reclamation National Critical Infrastructures (NCI). SRF Officers are required to complete the SRF Basic Training Program academy conducted by SRF Instructors at the SRF Training Center in Grand Coulee, WA. The training utilizes scenario-based interactive technology to simulate security incidents and train officers on use of force, de-escalation, and communication techniques.

This contract aims to produce 10 custom interactive training videos compatible with the MILO Range Theater 300 and single screen.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary video and audio equipment, costumes, props, technical knowledge, and trained personnel for creating 10 custom content training videos. Specific tasks include:

A) Providing guidance during design and planning stages for each scenario;
B) Reviewing and revising scenario designs incorporating technical knowledge;
C) Incorporating requested 'branches' into videos;
D) Providing costumes and props;
E) Delivering 10 custom videos as designed by Reclamation personnel;
F) Ensuring videos are complete after review and approval by the COR;
G) Completing audio and video edits as requested.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 1, 2025, to September 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Bureau of Reclamation facility in Grand Coulee, WA.
