The attachments to this notification are 65% DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS and 65% DRAFT DRAWINGS. The government's intent with this posting is to obtain industry input on any or all portions of the attachments to include, but not limited to, needed clarifications, ideas for best practice implementation, updated methods and technology, etc. General feedback is requested and welcome and specifically we are looking for focused feedback on the following:

Jet Grout North of Miller Park

• Layout of each cutoff wall
• Depth of wall by Pioneer Reservoir
• The various utilities in the area
• The utility vaults

Schedule

• The levee degrade and reconstruction need to be completed outside of the flood season, 15APR21 30SEP20

Availability of Material/Equipment

• Identification of any material and/or equipment that may be limited/scarce/have high demand

Borrow/Disposal Sites

• Maximize competition and ensure approval to include all NEPA/CEQA/Section 106 clearance prior to 15APR

This dialogue will allow for a more defined solicitation, should one be issued.
