Background
The contract is issued by Hurlburt Field (HFLD), which is responsible for organizing youth, adult intramural, and varsity recreational sports programs. The goal of the contract is to provide certified sports officials who meet state requirements as established by the National Federation of State High School Associations. This ensures that all athletic events are officiated in accordance with recognized standards and rules.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide officiating for all youth, adult intramural, and varsity recreational sports programs at Hurlburt Field (HFLD), FL. The contractor must supply certified sports officials who understand and follow the rule books for various sports including Flag Football, Softball, Volleyball, Basketball, and Soccer.

Officials are required to enforce all pertinent rules and local by-laws established for each sport. They must attend coaches meetings to understand by-laws and any deviations from sanctioned rule books. The contractor is responsible for scheduling officials based on the athletic director's needs and must ensure that officials are certified by the National Federation of State High School Association.

Pre-game requirements include providing their own equipment and uniforms, being present 15 minutes before game time, and ensuring safety in the playing area. During games, officials will comply with Air Force Safety requirements and have authority over game conduct.
