Spill Prevention and Response Exercise Instruction   4

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation SPE603-22-R-0512 is issued to extend the solicitation due date pending publication of an amendment addressing solicitation Q&A.

The due date for proposals is extended until November 10, 2022 at 1500 Ft. Belvoir, Va Local Time.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SPE603-22-R-0512 is issued to:

1. Extend the solicitation due date until November 16, 2022, Ft. Belvoir, VA, Local Time;

2. Revise Solicitation at provision ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1. Changes are highlighted in conformed copy of the Solicitation;

3. Correct the SF 1449 to state Pages 1 of 56;

4. Correct the SF 1449 to remove Continuation pages 3 - 8;

5. Update Attachment 4 - Past Performance Reference List; and

6. Add Attachment 7 - SPRE Solicitation Questions and Answers.

Note: bidcustodian@dla.mil size limit is around 50 mbs, however if digitally signed documents are submitted it could be less.
