Background
The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) is part of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), a Department of Defense entity responsible for research, development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles.

This contract aims to procure tooling measurement systems to measure cutting tools prior to each use, ensuring high-speed machines maintain appropriate distances during machining processes.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide two units of the SPERONI MAGIS 600 system along with all necessary parts as detailed in Section 3.1 of the Statement of Work. Each package must include:
1. 32.M65SC MAGIS 600 Presetter Package, ISOS0 (Simple Vision, Clamping) - Quantity: 2
2. 32.310.100 Clamping Reduction, ISO50/ISO40
3. 32.310.115 Reduction Adapter, ISOSOxHSK100A/C(A.L.C.)
4. 32.310.122 Clamping Reduction, ISO50/C6
5. 32.310.123 Reduction Adapter, ISOSOxCAPTO C8(A_I.C)
6. 31.105.173 MAGIS Bench, Base and Cockpit LH
7. 32.100.110 Dust Cover, STP34/MAGIS
8. 32.300.021 Brother Label Writer Printer for Computer controls (USB port)
9. Installation and Training of a new Measuring System
10. Minimum one-year warranty starting upon completion of installation for each Magis presetter.

Period of Performance
The contractor must provide installation and training services within four weeks after receipt of materials at NFPC.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center located in Philadelphia, PA.
