Spectrum Control Controller Cards, Brand Name, No Substitutions

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for Spectrum Control items on a Brand Name, No Substitutions basis. These proprietary parts are the only ones tested and proven to be Fleet ready, essential for the current infrastructure. Establishing alternative sources would incur unacceptable non-reoccurring engineering costs, schedule delays, and testing costs. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs.

Offer B Requirements:
- CLIN 0001: GPIO Controller Card, Part # 193R-11893-002, Qty: 5
- CLIN 0002: GPIO Controller Card, Part # 193R-11893-002, Qty: 20
- CLIN 0003: GPIO Controller Card, Part # 193R-11893-002, Qty: 25

*Options may or may not be exercised within one year of the award date at the unilateral discretion of the contracting officer. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Newport, RI with a desired delivery date of January 15, 2027.

Desired delivery date is January 15, 2027.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Offerors must quote the required brand name item with no substitutions in the required quantity.
- Proof of being an authorized reseller is required.
- CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification is required prior to award for each contractor information system that will process Federal contract information or controlled unclassified information during RFQ performance.
