Background
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a firm fixed price contract, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, for specific network load balancing devices to complete the Lifecycle Refresh of their Enterprise Network. The procurement is conducted under a full and open competition.

Work Details
The contract covers the procurement of specific network load balancing devices, including Big IP hardware, support services, and annual enterprise licensing agreement for a base year and three option years. The scope includes F5 Load Balancing Devices as specified in the Deliverables. The support services include remote assistance, proactive support for planned maintenance, advance Return Materials Authorization (RMA) replacement, software upgrades, and help with F5 iRules.

Period of Performance

Place of Performance
