Background
The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Bridge Contract to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for Specialized Technical and Program Management Support Services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Critical Technologies (OASD(CT)). This contract was awarded sole source. The justification is provided in accordance with applicable regulations.

Work Details
The Government seeks to obtain necessary non-personal support services to accomplish OASD(CT) objectives, which include: professional research, program, policy and budgetary analysis, Information Technology (IT) support, records management, and legislative support.

The contract supports several Critical Technology Areas (CTAs) program offices within OASD(CT), including Directed Energy, Hypersonics, Integrated Sensing & Cyber (IS&C), Integrated Network System-of-Systems (INSS), Space Technology, Energy Resilience, Advanced Computing & Software (AC&S), Trusted Artificial Intelligence & Autonomy (TAI&A), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), and Microelectronics. Tasks require the expertise of senior and mid-level Analysts to assist governance councils such as the Deputy’s Management Action Group (DMAG) with statutes, regulations, decisional analyses, advisory guidance, strategy formulation, data analytics, metric development, preparation of staff packages, reports, memoranda, and effective management of OSD’s complex organizational activities.

The Contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items required to perform the services defined in the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS).
