Specialized Data Analytics Support Services

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking specialized data analytics support services through a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA will have a base year and four consecutive option years. The scope of work includes providing operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues, strategic planning, financial management, program management, and information technology training. The BPA will be used by the DEA and other Department of Justice (DOJ) components worldwide. The pricing for the services will be based on ceiling rates specified in Attachment B. The BPA does not commit the government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the quotation or to contract for supplies or services.

The timeframe for this acquisition is from the date of BPA award for one base year and four consecutive option years. The place of performance/delivery will be determined by the specific task orders issued under the BPA. Quoters are required to submit their quotes in accordance with the instructions provided in Section 5 of the RFQ.

It is notable that the government requires specialized data analytics support services to enhance its capabilities in areas such as management consulting, financial planning, and information technology training.
