Special Warfare Training Wing Support Services - Industry Day   2

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron (SCONS) will host an Industry Day on 14 January 2020 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (CST) to provide interested parties with additional information and solicit feedback on the SWTW Services requirement. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No ultimate acquisition strategy has been determined, and the information requested by this special notice will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government.

Industry Day will be held at 350th Special Warfare, 2239 Walker Ave. Building 5570, Joint Base San Antonio(JBSA) Lackland, TX 78236.

For the purposes of this special notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, and the small business size standard is $11.0M.

II. VENDOR RESPONSE

Registration is required for attendance. Companies interested in attending the Industry Day MUST respond to this Special Notice, no other notice will be posted. To register, please email the information requested in items (1-5) below to Jessica Santos at jessica.santos@us.af.mil and Candice Richardson at candice.richardson.1@us.af.mil by 27 December 2019 at 4:00 pm (CST). At no point during Industry Day will proprietary information be discussed. Limit the number of attendees to three (3) per company. Respondents will receive the Industry Day specifics along with procedures for Base entry.

QUESTIONS: Please submit all questions in writing, via email, to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion.

ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 27 DECEMBER 2019 AT 4:00 PM (CST).

All questions submitted BEFORE and DURING Industry Day will be answered in writing and posted on Beta.sam.gov AFTER Industry Day.
